Third molar cysts

The way I learned it back in the dark ages, follicular
cysts were those arising from developing tooth follicles.
They were further subdivided into primordial cysts, which
had undergone cystic degeneration before beginning of
calcification; and dentigerous cysts, which had formed
after calcification started.
