Invitation to AAOMR membership

I will be out of the office from June 21 to 26 inclusive. But in anticipation of my absence I invite all oradlisters who are not yet members to consider joining the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. I am attaching a membership application form, which you can download, complete and mail to me to find upon my return, when I will be eager to process them in time for action at our Annual Session in Nashville in November. people whose applications are complete will be able to register for the Annual Session at the members' rate. There will be approximately 17 hours of  continuing education available at the meeting. Details will be provided automatically to those who apply for membership. I will send them to others on request when they are finalized (perhaps a month from now).

If you are unable to print the application form, let me know and I can mail you one.
