Help locating author/paper

I have a grad student in pediatric dentistry who is interested in doing
something with CDR on children and I thought about this paper and wanted
her to look at the methods closely. She is very much in the literature
review and thinking stage, so she can wait until publication, which Peter
told me was scheduled for March.
