ORADLISTERS:

Does anyone know if Dr. Alan Farman's text is still in print? I was not
able to get a copy.  Is it that a new edition is coming out soon?
Likewise, Dr. Angelo Delbalso's "Maxillofacial Imaging" is out of
print or so I was told.  Any info re: these two texts will be greatly
appreciated.
