Curtis,
Hello and Happy New Year!
I am the course director for the Advanced Topics in Imaging for our senior
dental students here in New Jersey. We, unfortunately, are given just 12
hours for this course. The course is broken down into 2 one hour lectures
covering the Introduction (physical principles) and Applications (clinical
applications) for the following topics: Tomography, Digital Imaging, Computed
Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Nuclear Medicine. I haven't had
anyone from the Radiology Dept. in the hospital give any lectures - I just
give them myself. I did, however, ask Sam Zeichner to give a guest lecture on
PACs this year which I think the students enjoyed and found very practical.
Good Luck and take care!
Kristine Mosier
