Dear Curtis:

I have developed a general outline for such a course and I will be gald to
share it with you. There are nine topics with detiled description of each
topic. Some of the topics take more than an hour to cover. However, an
instructor can tailor according to the class background and time
limitation. The outline also includes a few examples for each topic, class
notes and how to construct lab/clinical examples for hands-on session.
