Dear Friends,

I spoke with Axel at about 10:30 this morning. I apologize for the delay
in getting this message posted. NOTHING HAS CHANGED between yesterday and
this morning. Further, it appears that the House of Delegates has been
reluctant to revisit other resolutions that have come up, so it is
unlikely that Resolution 19 will be addressed again.

Axel will remain in Washington, DC until the close of the House, and will
continue to provide updates, which I will pass along.
