Clearly a space occupying lesion in the posterior aspect of the tongue - a
little above and anterior to the vallecula. Does not seem to have
displaced the epiglottis. Either a cyst (thyroglossal) or a neoplasm.
Would need CT or MR for more information. Is it visible clinically?
Lesions in this site usually are.
