Mandibular canals

Hi All,

        I recently posted to http://www.iadmfr.acta.nl/image.html a case of
a 56 year old male who presented for evaluation of unerrupted third molars.
The panoramic view shows bilateral expansion of each mandibular canal. The
patient has no pain or paresthesia. There is no clinical evidence of
neurofibromatosis. Could these be bilateral Schwannomas?
