Film and Discussion in conjunction with America's North Africa, an
exhibition of Pop Culture Literature and Artifacts opening March 2 in
the Powell Library Rotunda.
 
Road to Morocco is a 1942 Academy Award nominated comedy which tells the
story of two fast-talking guys who find themselves tossed up on a desert
shore and sold into slavery to a beautiful princess. It is the third of
the "Road to..." movies that satirises the Arabian Nights genre and
stars Bing Crosby, Bob Hope. Dorothy Lamour, Anthrony Quinn and Dona
Drake.
