Students completing three quarters of ESLP (minimum 5 units) can waive
one UD course in the Environmental Systems and Society minor. 

OR

Students completing only Environment 185A can waive one quarter of
Environment 170 in the Environmental Science major.

IoE ESLP Sustainability Action Research Team Presentations May 27th

 

8 teams, 45 students, 20 weeks, 7,500 hours of collective research
resulted in:    
2365 students surveyed
238 students monitored behaviorally for 5 days
$2,700 saved switching to recycled napkins
250 lbs of waste diverted to compost in 14 days
$32,000 awarded for summer sustainability assessment research
And thats just the beginning.....
