Nothing in the Court's orders so far (available here: http://www.supremecourt.gov/docket/PPAACA.aspx) has indicated that they plan to break with their current practice of releasing transcripts on the day of argument and audio at the end of the week.  My understanding is that they no longer do same-day audio for "special" cases.
