Citizens United (again?)--an interesting side note

The following was sent out today from an advocacy group. If true, it gives an interesting litte commentary on a possible impact of Citizens United:

In many competitive Senate races, no more TV time is available for political ads. NONE.
That means the ONLY THING that will make the difference between WIN or LOSE is the same thing that almost always decides it:

Boots on the ground -- * * *

You see, with every single second of TV time already bought up in states like Florida and Nevada, the razor-thin margins of victory will come down to a matter of dollars and cents committed to grassroots operations.
