As promised, I am sending along my syllabus for my Federalism Seminar this
fall at Cardozo. Thanks to all those who provided suggestions for
materials. I reviewed many of the books suggested and made the decision that I
would focus on domestic federalism issues for this seminar. I am planning on
teaching a seminar on international issues on federalism in the future. So
far, students have been very engaged.
Best regards, Marci
