As promised, I am sending along my syllabus for my Federalism  Seminar this 
fall at Cardozo.  Thanks to all those who provided  suggestions for 
materials. I reviewed many of the books suggested and made  the decision that I 
would focus on domestic federalism issues for this  seminar.  I am planning on 
teaching a seminar on international issues on  federalism in the future.  So 
far, students have been very engaged.
