Reports of New York ratification convention

In America's Constitution, Akhil Amar asserts that "Federalists rose 
up to oppose" John Lansing's motion at the New York convention that 
would have reserved to the state the right to withdraw from the Union 
for a number of years.  Elliot's Debates reports only that the motion 
was defeated, giving no details.  Is there some more comprehensive 
source that I am missing?
