Database of state constitutional rights provisions, past and present?

Dear Colleagues: Do any of you know of any databases of state
constitutional rights provisions, past and present -- so that one could,
for instance, see all the past free speech/press provisions, sorted by
date or by state, or all the search and seizure provisions in effect as
of 1868, or some such? The pre-1909 provisions are all in Thorpe, but
that's just a print source (and a bulky one) that's arranged by state
and date, with no lists by provision type. Let me know, please, if you
know of such a source. Many thanks,

    Eugene
