Subject: Faculty speech after Garcetti

For any interest it may hold, I'm passing along a link to an article I
have in this week's Chronicle of Higher Education about Hong v. Grant,
a case pending in the 9th Cir that will examine the First Amendment
speech rights of public university faculty in the wake of Garcetti v.
Ceballos:

(The article should be available through this link at no charge for 5
days.)
