Rent-Seeking In Lochner

Is the rent-seeking  argument against the law in Lochner that small bakeries 
must work more  than ten hours per day to survive. I should know the answer, 
but I'm not good at  rent-seeking arguments.  So answer off-list and please 
don't tell  anyone I asked this question.   Thanks.
