Keith Whittington's new book on the presidential roots of judicial
supremacy (and departmentalism) is must reading.

Hello:
I will be teaching a one month course that meets every day for three
hours for
undergraduates focusing on the interaction between the presidency and
the
Constitution in national emergencies. Wondering if any list-goers had
any
suggestions as to an organizational format, primary and/or secondary
topics to
be covered, and readings to be used. Responses can be sent directly to
me if
desired at rbradley at ilstu.edu.
Thanks for your attention.
Bob
