Can anyone please tell me who wrote the student Note titled,
"Why Learned Hand Would Never Consult Legislative History Today" (Harv.
L. Rev. 1992)? I want to mention it as an example of an oft-cited note
(>85 academic citations, 10 cases) in the introduction to the Third
Edition of my Academic Legal Writing book, and I'd like to give credit
where credit is due. I'm afraid I have to send the book to the
publisher Thursday -- I should have asked earlier, but I hoped someone
might have a quick response. Thanks,

	Eugene
