Of possible interest to list members:  there's a special new Guggenheim
fellowship in Constitutional Studies.  Deadline Sept. 15.  Since this
will be of special appeal to law faculty, I've written a post for law
faculty w/ advice about how to be competitive for major national
fellowships -- esp. when you have articles, not books.
