Early American Voting Demographics

Please forgive my double posting,  but this is a question that both law 
professors and political scientists might  know the answers to. My apologies to the 
lists--and especially to Eugene  and Nancy--if I've committed a faux  pas.

A student in my constitutional  theory seminar asked the following questions: 
(1) What percentage of the adult  population were eligible to cast a vote in 
the ratification process?, (2) How  many actually did vote?, and (3) what was 
the total percentage of  Federalists and Antifederalists in the population who 
were eligible to cast a  vote for or against ratification?  Thank  you.
