Sexual Harrassment in Small Town Blue Collar America

Currently I have filed a complaint with the AZ Attny. General's Office.  I
am claiming racial discrimination and gender discrimination. I am a
Caucasian Female.  This town is deep in the Sonoran Desert, a former mining
town.  I believe that I was set up from the very beginning to satisfy a
County quota and make a supervisor 150 miles away look good, if not the
entire department.  I believe this sort of thing is going on all over the
country and that women are still considered social objects in many areas of
Blue Collar America.  Despite movies such as "North Country" and "The Diary
of Miss Jane Pittman," the Boys' Club Mentality still exists.  Is anyone
familiar with this kind of story?
