For what it's worth, I subcribe entirely to the views expressed in Michael's message. One may disapprove of teenage sexuality, but it is ludicrous to view the 15-year-old girl as lacking agency with regard to her encounter with the hapless 16-year-old. Does anyone have the slightest doubt that had they decided to commit a brutal crime, she would have been charged as an adult? Like Michael, I'm not sure of the "constitutional" status of these observations.
