Congratulations to Scott and thanks for his interesting eye-witness testimony.  In any case, it is clear that this is better named the "Kenndy Court" than the "Roberts Court.". Or, perhaps as Mark G. Has suggested, we should just call it the "Republican Court" and let it go at that, though, of course, that requires putting an asterisk by Souter and Stevens.
