I strongly recommend John Tierney's column in today's NYTimes about the facts on the ground of the SWAT teams given free license (so long as they have a warrant from a compliant state judge) by Scalia et al.;

More than ever, it should be clear that Scalia, Roberts, Alito, and Thomas are authoritarian statists (if Eugene continues to object to "authoritarian," I'll settle for "statist"),, not at all describable as libertrians except where property rights are concerned, as in the wetlands case where Chevron takes a back seat to the political preferences of these four.
