Off-list question about law review practices

	I'm trying to figure out how quickly some journals give offers,
so I can advise our local journal about what the practices seem to be.

	If in the last 3 years you have gotten an initial offer (i.e.,
not one following an expedite request) *3 or fewer days* after (1) you
submitted the article electronically or (2) you think that a mailed
article likely arrived at the journal, please e-mail me *off-list* me
know the name of the journal that gave you the offer.  Many thanks,
