In a message dated 9/9/2005 1:14:32 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time,
bobsheridan at earthlink.net writes:

When the substance of a complaint is evaded in favor of a
counter-complaint about the timing or the form, it is reminiscent of the
husband who complains to his wife that she has AGAIN left her shoes on
the stairs, only to be met with, "Don't give me that tone of voice!" and
"You did the same thing last Christmas, don't you remember?"

It is doubtful that Dershowitz has said anything that hadn't been said
_/inter vivos/_ the life of the Chief, or that he wasn't legally
warranted in saying had he said it then. It seems eminently relevant
and fitting to state ones opinion _/post mortem/_, when the subject of
the life is under active discussion. The truth may be many-sided, and
supportors, family, and friends do not have a monopoly on the discussion.

I'm curious about something. What evidence supports the claim of
goosestepping? Of Heil Hitlering? These things are either true on false, they are not
capable of being both true and false.
