Cardozo and Race matters

I am genuinely impressed with the discussion of Cardozo and his Hispanic
bona fides.  It demonstrates that folks on the list do think about race
and racial identity when they care about the topic.  I hope that the
next time race is raised in the context of an issue related to
constitutional doctrine that a similarly interesting and informative
discussion ensues.
