Con-law doggerel

Professor Finkelman's sentiment may be apt, except for the "Mr. Sheridan
forgets" bit, as I didn't write the verse.
It would be nice to see a poetic statement of the liberty-recognizing
and freedom-protecting virtues of our constitutional law.
