Questions for Supreme Court Nominee Miers

I note, for what it is worth (which may be nothing at all) that Ms.
Meirs's brother is apparently named Jeb Stuart Meirs.  Many people will
instantly recognize Jeb Stuart a leading Confederate general, a
compatriot of Stonewall Jackson.  (He is one of the generals honored in
Richmond.)  So one question I would ask her is the same question I
suggested asking John Roberts:  What does she call the events of
1861-1865 and why?  And what does she view as the legal consequences of
those events?
