Breyer's Active Liberty

I'm curious to know what list members think of Justice Breyer's new book
ACTIVE LIBERTY.

Justice Breyer is a very smart person, but I was underwhelmed by the book.
His theory is thinly presented and the applications of his theory read like
summaries of his Supreme Court opinions.
