Public Supportive of Alito <http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2005/11/03/AR2005110300354.html>

Supreme Court nominee has 49 percent of public's approval, a new survey finds.

When last I checked, 49% didn't constitute a majority. Should the headline have read "Some of the Public Supportive of Alito, but Some Not" "More support Alito than oppose him" (since there a surely a significant number of undecideds) or "Alito lacks majority support"? Perhaps Karl Rove was hired to write Post headlines!

With opponents like the Post, the Bush Administration need not hire bought journalists.
