Filibustering a New Majority for Cloture

Just for the record, I note that Democratic senators represent state million people, Republican senators states with 131 million people (splitting the number where a state has both a Democratic and Republican senator).  The argument that the Senate measures "majority support" is utterly bogus.  What the Senate measures is support within an unjustifiably gerrymandered decisionmaking body (even if the gerrymandering was done by the Framers for what they thought to be good reasoons).
