Are there  any intelligible explanations in journals for example but not 
limited  to the New England Journal of Medicine, the Journal of the American  
Medical Association, the New York Times, and so forth) on the differences  between 
 persistent vegetative states and permanent vegetative states  as well as how 
these categories apply Terri Schiavo's case?
