FW: Happy Independance Day and Congress came first.

Still not convinced.  What of the view taken of this confab by other  
sovereign nations?
 
In concluding peace, the King of England confirmed the sovereign  
independence of the form colonies, and treated with them as separate equal  sovereigns.
