The "national security law" listserv is a relatively new one that might
interest you both (this is a form of shameless self-promotion, as I am
the moderator of the list).  It is open to academics and other
professionals, but not students.  Information on subscribing is posted

You might also consider the American Society of International Law
listserv, which provides a fairly decent ratio of value-per-post:
