Graham amendment

For anyone interested in citation, the final version of the Graham 
Amendment, agreed to by the House and Senate and sent to the President , is 
109 H.R. 1815, sec 1402-1406, known as the Detainee Treatment Act of 
2005.  The relevant provision for our purposes is section 1405.  It differs 
from both the Graham Amendment and the Graham-Levin-Kyl amendment that were 
debated in the Senate as S. 1042.
