The article and study  refer to the top 21 law schools not the 150 or so 
other law schools. And  that's what our argument was about as I recall. Thus, the 
study in no way  supports Scott's claim "that most law professors are on the 
Left of the  political
spectrum." I won't revisit this argument if it's reargued  here. But there is 
no evidence presented that what's true of the top 21 law  schools is true of 
all American law schools.
