Apropos free speech law and suggestions of assassination

As I understand it, organizations that express political (in the
sense of ideological) views -- NAACP, ACLU, NARAL, etc. (or at least
some of their affiliates) -- are just as entitled to tax-exempt status
as those that express religious views. The one exception is for
organizations that engage in certain kinds of electioneering or
lobbying, which I take it wouldn't encompass Pat Robertson's statements.
