For those who have not seen it, please see below a link to Washington
Post dossier on Judge Roberts, including his response to Senate
Judiciary questionnaire, and various memos and letters he wrote while
working for the White House. The second link is to the 1982 Olson memo
on Congress' power to strip the Supreme Court of jurisdiction to decide
certain cases, with Roberts' handwritten comments suggesting it would
take real political courage for the President to support an
interpretation of the exceptions clause allowing Congress to remove
certain types of cases from Supreme Court review.
