William and Mary Bill of Rights Conference

I'm trying to get some information on what the William and Mary Bill 
of Rights Institute Supreme Court Preview Conference is like (besides 
what one can find on their Web site). There was an announcement about 
it earlier on the list and it's scheduled for October. Is it geared 
mostly for journalists?  New con law teachers?  Or also experienced 
con law teachers?  I'd appreciate hearing from anyone on the list who 
might have attended, spoken there, or who knows more about it.
