should US House members pledge themselves to vote for popular vote winner?

In my most recent post  today at 5:12 AM, the fourth line from the bottom 
should read: "Given the  existence and constitutional significance of the 
electoral College this might  not mean that these citizens have [a] formal 
constitutional obligation to  consider these choices . . " not "no formal constitutional 
obligation . .  ."
