Here are links to the opinions:

Justice Stevens wrote the Opinion of a five-Justice Court, reversing the
decision of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on standing
grounds. Chief Justice Rehnquist and Justices O'Connor and Thomas each wrote
opinions concurring in the judgment, concluding that Newdow did have
standing but that it is constitutional for a school district to include the
words "under God" in a daily recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance. Justice
O'Connor joined the Chief Justice's opinion in whole; and Justice Thomas
joined Part I of that opinion.
