I also recommend George Fletcher and Steve Sheppard's
book, American Law in a Global Context, which is
coming out in December of this year from Oxford
University Press.
It was expressly designed for foreign students
(although it's a very profitable read for the rest of
us as well), does a lot with U.S. Constitutional Law,
and is extremely accessible since it draws on material
those students will be familiar with.
