For those who are following the UNLV Law School dispute, Steve Sebelius who originally reported the incident in the Las Vegas Review-Journal, has a rejoinder to Dean Richard Morgan's account of events in his column at

A little context is perhaps useful for understanding the column. Sebelius is the token liberal on the Review Journal's editorial board, which has never met a Democrat it endorsed or a tax it liked. Outside Sebelius, the paper's editorial staff range from very conservative to libertarian.
It's reporters, however, are professionals, and Steve Sebelius was a very experienced reporter before he joined the editorial board. His rejoinder points out (with some rhetorical flourish) that he did interview Dean Morgan at some length before reporting on the dispute.
I should also say in the interests of full disclosure that I am a freelance feature writer for the R-J, but am not personally acquainted with Steve Sebelius.
