        Hmm; I hadn't heard that quote, and I'm curious just what the
context was -- Jack, any sense of when he said it, so I can track down the
reference?  Because he pretty clearly didn't get this; some liberal judges
were indeed confirmed, though Hatch did indeed try to block some of them.
