I'm sure it was unintentional, but your post has a slightly condescending
edge to it.  The question whether Bush v. Gore (the decision) will mean
that the U.S.S.C. will continue setting aside State Supreme Court
resolutions of election disputes that are ostensibly based on state law
would seem to be a fairly important one, and worthy of discussion on this list.
