Constitutional law, Middle East politics

        Folks:  Just a brief reminder that messages which are solely focused
on questions of Middle East politics -- or for that matter the morality or
justice of the Middle East situation -- are not quite on topic for a list
devoted to U.S. constitutional law.  Messages that are focused on U.S.
constitutional law but that need to refer to the Middle Eastern situation
must of course do so; but please make sure that each post does indeed talk
about U.S. constitutional law questions, and not just about Middle East
politics or general morality.
