Prosaic curriculum question

Colleagues:

I apologise for asking so prosaic a question, given the heady stuff which
usually goes on here, but I wonder if you might, privately, let me know
whether you offer your Constitutional Law course(s) in the first year or
later (and the pros and cons of doing so), and whether your course(s)
is/are required.  If there's any interest, I'll summarize the information
here in a follow-up email.
